Reinforcement of steel beams requires knowledge of basic mechanics, statics and an understanding of best practices. The mathematics and a few of the best practices are presented in this course; however, field conditions should always be investigated to determine the safest and most economical solution.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
