If you do, this course was designed to provide you with practical information as a homeowner while hiring a construction contractor, especially for patios, walkways, drainage solutions and walls. This course will help you facilitate the process of home improvement at your own home as a workplace. Everyone is impacted by construction practices at their homes. Contractors, owners, constructors and third parties need to meet certain standards of behavior and professionalism. This requires that we communicate effectively, professionally, and ethically. What happens when owners of homes, husbands and wives, communicate different messages to their contractors? Some ethical conflicts between property owners, contractors and their employees are worth reflection to reduce everyone's risks. We will guide you in understanding common types of ethical conflicts at your home by sharing with you obstacles faced by several parties during the process of home improvements, especially concerning foundations, steel, concrete and rock work. You will learn the role of professional ethics at your home as a workplace. In doing so, you will facilitate collaborations, sharing ideas and producing exquisite work with structural integrity that lasts. You learn practical advice for analyzing the work environment of your contractor, rock and concrete constructors at your home.
