Traffic control is of great importance in traffic engineering. The Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) is a nationally recognized standard that promotes the safe and efficient movement of traffic. This webinar will use MUTCD as a reference and explain fundamental roadway traffic control devices installed on any road or bikeway. You will learn the general requirements for the location, shape, size, and color of roadway signs, markings, and signals.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
