1. How can I get an additional certificate of completion?

You may print certificates of completion for the courses you have taken from "My Account" (on the top menu bar).

2. How can I get a complete record of the courses I have taken from your website?

You may obtain a complete record of the courses you have taken with us from "My Account" (on the top menu bar).

3. Do I need to submit a copy of the certificate of completion to my state board?

Usually, you do not need to mail/email your certificates of completion to your board unless you are asked to do so on the renewal form or when you are audited. However, you should keep a digital copy of the certificate of completion for your own record.

4. Do you report PDH credits to all the state boards?

We submit periodic reports only to state boards that require reporting from approved continuing education providers. For example, we report to both the Florida Professional Land Surveyors Board and the Florida Professional Engineers Board, with the latter requiring us to report only the Florida Laws and Rules Course (R225).

These reports include the names and license numbers of registrants who complete PDHonline courses within the reporting period, along with the PDH credits earned. To ensure your credits are properly reported, please verify that your PE or PLS license number is correctly entered in your profile.

Our Florida reports are typically filed on a monthly basis; however, during the license renewal season, we increase the reporting frequency—from weekly in January (odd years) to semi-weekly in February (odd years)—to facilitate the renewal process. Additionally, during the final week of February (odd years), we submit daily reports to the Florida Board. Please note that the board may take up to two business days to process the reported data. If your course credits are not reflected on the board’s website within one week of the reporting date, please Contact Us.

5. Why can't I find my previous PDH course purchase or completed course records in My Account?

This may be because you have more than one account with us. If your email address has changed, you should still use the old email address and the associated password to access your previous account information. If you would like to combine your records from two accounts, please provide us with your old and new email addresses through "Contact Us" or call us at 703-988-0088 or 571-295-4410.

6. Do you report to the Florida Board?

Yes, we submit periodic reports to the Florida Professional Engineers (PE) Board for the Florida Laws and Rules course and to the Florida Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) Board for courses with numbers ending in the suffix "F."

Our Florida reports are typically filed on a monthly basis; however, during the license renewal season, we increase the reporting frequency—from weekly in January (odd years) to semi-weekly in February (odd years)—to streamline the renewal process. Additionally, during the final week of February (odd years), we submit daily reports to the Florida Board. Please note that the board may take up to two business days to process the reported data.

To ensure your PDH credits are reported, please make sure your Florida PE or PLS license number is included in your profile. If your credits do not appear on the board’s website within a week, please contact us via our "Contact Us" page. Be sure to provide the course number and your Florida PE or PLS license number so we can promptly resolve the issue.

7. How do you determine the date of completion?

The date of completion for a course is the date you successfully complete the quiz, and is based on your time zone. Our server clock follows Eastern Time. If you are located in another time zone and you completed your course before midnight your local time, we can adjust the date of completion for you upon your request.

8. Can I view your sample certificate?

Yes, please click the sample certificate of completion for details.
