Mr. DeLuca has been a Registered Professional Engineer prior to his retirement in 2003 from projects requiring certification. He continues to consult on management and engineering assignments. He holds degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and an MBA from SIU. He has held positions in Manufacturing, Development, Testing, and Executive Engineering with the Aerospace and the Electrical Power Industry. This includes over 40 years of engineering with various major Electrical Product and Aerospace manufacturers. For the past 10 years he has been consulting and teaching Engineering and Management projects in various colleges and universities. He has served on many industry standards-making committees, nationally and internationally, and consulted in the US, Europe and Africa.
