Harvey Crouch, MS, PE, has over 25 years of experience in railway engineering. He has worked for Norfolk Southern Corp, and has been a consultant to over 50 short line railroads in the US, Canada and Australia. Currently, he is the President and CEO of Crouch Engineering. His experience includes design of bridges, railroad yards, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, bridge inspection and load rating, planning, and construction project management. He is a member of American Railway Engineering & Maintenance of Way Association, and American Society of Civil Engineers.
