Dr Jones is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham and currently teaches a range of biological science courses at Samford University. He specializes in aquaculture nutrition and has a background in designing aquaculture systems for freshwater and marine vertebrates and invertebrates. He has authored numerous publications in a variety of areas including histometric analysis, sea urchin nutrition, aquaponics, aging, and cancer research.
