Mr. Smith has over 21 years of engineering, project management, and business management experience in the oil & gas & petrochemical industries. He began his career in a chemical manufacturing environment, supporting maintenance activities as well as capital construction projects. He has spent the last ten years involved in the management of projects in the oil & gas pipeline industry, including the construction and rehabilitation of pipelines, compressor stations, processing plants, and truck loading facilities.

Mr. Smith is a licensed professional engineer in Louisiana and Oklahoma. Mr. Smith obtained his Electrical Engineering degree from Louisiana State University in 1988, and his MBA from Oklahoma Christian University in 2007.
