Ms. Moore is a graduate of the University of Delaware and Case Western Reserve University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states. She began her civil engineering career in 1975 while in college as a summer intern and began full-time engineering work in 1977. Her professional experiences are varied and began with design work at a railroad and a large engineering industrial design firm. Then Ms. Moore switched to the construction arena and worked for a construction management firm and a general contractor primarily on health-care projects. She moved into the facilities field and worked at a state university assisting the director in managing an annual $40 million dollar building program. Most recently, she has worked in the codes enforcement and zoning field, had a small private practice and worked as a project manager for a land development design firm.
